Calsigi, LLC is hiring a Senior NetSuite Consultant in Rock Hill, SC. This is a full-time position.

This role is ideal for an experienced NetSuite professional who combines strong functional ERP expertise with manufacturing industry knowledge and enjoys partnering with clients to optimize operations, improve business processes, and drive successful technology implementations. We are seeking a consultant who can independently lead functional workstreams while collaborating closely with clients, project teams, and technical resources to deliver high-quality implementation outcomes. The Senior NetSuite Consultant partners with clients to analyze business requirements, design scalable ERP solutions, and lead implementation activities across manufacturing and product-based organizations. This role supports system configuration, process optimization, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live improvement initiatives while helping organizations maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.You will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding implementation decisions, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring solutions align with operational objectives and industry best practices. Key Outcomes Successfully deliver NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-liveImprove operational efficiency through optimized system design and business process improvementsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutionsBuild trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and business leadersMaintain high levels of client satisfaction and successful project deliverySupport long-term client success through continuous system optimization and enhancement recommendations Responsibilities Lead NetSuite ERP implementations and oversee assigned functional workstreamsConduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and understand operational processesTranslate business needs into effective system designs and NetSuite configurationsConfigure and optimize NetSuite modules, including Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Supply ChainSupport data migration planning, validation, and implementation activitiesConfigure reporting solutions and support system integrations, including Celigo when applicableUtilize NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) functionality where required.Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolutionDeliver user training sessions and create implementation documentationProvide post-go-live support and identify opportunities for continuous improvementCommunicate project status, risks, recommendations, and implementation progress to stakeholdersCollaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and client teams to ensure successful project execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)5-7+ years of NetSuite implementation experienceMinimum 3 years supporting manufacturing-focused NetSuite implementationsStrong expertise across core NetSuite functional modules, including: ManufacturingInventory ManagementOrder ManagementSupply Chain ManagementReporting and AnalyticsAdvanced Revenue Management (ARM) Experience leading client-facing discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design sessionsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a consulting or implementation environment Preferred Experience NetSuite Consultant Certification.ARM Certification or significant Advanced Revenue Management experienceExperience with Celigo integrations and third-party system connectivityPrior consulting experience supporting multiple client engagementsExperience with manufacturing, distribution, or product-based organizationsExperience supporting business process transformation and operational improvement initiatives Compensation & Benefits $120, 000 - $145, 000 per year Incentive Pay: Up to 15% of base salary, tied to successful onboarding, training completion, and performance milestones. Compensation is commensurate with experience, certifications, and demonstrated expertise. Travel may range up to approximately 25% depending on client needs.
