Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while working within our unique cottage-style care model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
  • Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
  • Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information
  • Balanced patient assignments to prevent overload and improve care quality
  • Must be able to remain physically active during shifts, including walking between cottages
