Responsibilities

  • This is a 12 week hands-on position that involves working primarily in our Safety Department in a manufacturing environment.
  • Opportunity to learn and develop SOPs, document procedures and work on administrative projects.
  • Exposure to multiple departments within the production environment, including purchasing, environmental, maintenance, continuous improvement, etc.

Other duties as directed

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience, ideally in a maintenance or industrial setting. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel and CMMS software, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks. The role may involve physical tasks like sitting or standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting items up to 25.

Typical Work Environment

This role will typically be based in an office within facilities such as warehouses or manufacturing plants. They will need to visit production areas or outdoor locations to observe machine centers.
