Lead the Successful Launch of New Products
At Schneider Electric, we're looking for an experienced Industrialization Project Leader to drive the successful industrialization of new products from development through to production.
In this role, you'll lead complex cross-functional projects, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure new products are ready for manufacturing and launched safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do
- Lead industrialization activities for new product introductions and major product evolution projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production.
- Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and supply chain readiness are in place before product launch.
- Monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Partner with internal and external suppliers to support new product implementation and manufacturing readiness.
- Support product qualification activities and ensure a smooth transition into production.
- Promote safe work practices while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and manufacturing standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Work with regional teams across Asia Pacific, with occasional domestic and international travel to support project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
You're an experienced project leader with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial engineering. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are confident leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
You'll Bring
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in a similar industry (electrical equipment, industrial automation, manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or other complex manufacturing industries)
- Experience leading industrialization, manufacturing, or new product introduction (NPI) projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams to deliver successful product launches.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production environments, and industrial operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with Microsoft Project or similar project management software being advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PMP, or other continuous improvement and project management methodologies.
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing transfer projects.
- Lead high-visibility projects that directly impact operational excellence and business success
