We're looking for a
Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team with efficient administration, streamlined processes, and accurate data management. This
hybrid role offers flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

As the central point of contact for sales administration, you'll partner with internal teams to keep workflows running smoothly and support the day-to-day operations that enable our sales team to perform at their best.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support- Coordinate daily administrative tasks for the sales team.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external administrative queries.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, meeting logistics, travel bookings, and event coordination.
- Manage purchase orders, shared mailboxes, and maintain team distribution lists.
- Liaise with IT and Facilities to resolve workspace or technology issues.
- Assist with creating marketing and event-related materials.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and compliant with policies.
Data Management- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of operational data across systems.
- Perform data entry, validation, and cleansing to ensure high-quality data.
- Manage and update the Customer Rebate Application.
Requirements- 3+ years' experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
