We’re looking for a driven and commercially savvy Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing Global Forwarding team in Adelaide (Adelaide Airport).

What you’ll be doing

• Identify, engage, and win new customers—growing profitable sales across your portfolio
• Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing and onboarding
• Collaborate with operations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless customer implementation
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders
• Drive retention and growth within existing customer accounts

• Proven experience in international freight forwarding / shipping sales (essential)
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Confidence to communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and building a strong sales pipeline
