About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs
• Serve food and drinks promptly and to presentation standards
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
• Maintain clean, organised service areas, including clearing and resetting tables
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages
• Respond to guest requests and provide helpful, attentive service
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer‑service role
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as required
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs
• Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering high‑quality service
