ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are searching for a Supply Chain Planner to support our global supply chain team and ensure our local site has the needed resources to maintain production levels. In this role you will be responsible for planning raw materials for our sites in Mendig, Germany and Falkenberg, Sweden.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will partner with the business and work both with the local team as well as global supply chain colleagues to ensure our production continues to run smoothly.

TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Administers the purchase of sufficient raw materials for production demands. Monitors and adjusts inventory levels as needed.
• Reviews reports and maintains files and other administrative paperwork.
• Monitors adherence to established quality specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinates activities with other departments and vendors.
• Maintains the ongoing administration and functionality of the e-Procurement system and data inputs/outputs to Enterprise Resource Planning system.
• Provides and oversees training to internal users on the e-Procurement platform.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement related to the e-Procurement platform.
• Conducts testing related to changes, upgrades, and new releases of e-Procurement software.
• Maintains understanding of strategic supplier contracting pricing mechanisms, terms, and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Possesses a solid understanding of plant manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team and to work effectively independently.
• Possesses strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Takes initiative and demonstrates the ability to lead.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Possesses excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any other relevant software.
• Cross-cultural experience a plus.

Die Rolle:

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/m Supply Chain Planner (m/w/d), der oder die unser globales Supply-Chain-Team unterstützt und sicherstellt, dass unser Standort über die erforderlichen Ressourcen verfügt, um die Produktion aufrechtzuerhalten. In dieser Stelle bist du für die Planung von Rohstoffen für unsere Standorte in Mendig, Deutschland, und Falkenberg, Schweden, verantwortlich.

Als Supply Chain Planner arbeitest du im Standort Mendig sowohl mit dem lokalen Team als auch mit den Kollegen aus dem globalen Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produktion weiterhin reibungslos läuft.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Verwaltung des Einkaufs von Rohstoffen in ausreichender Menge für den Produktionsbedarf von IBC in Mendig und Falkenberg (Schweden) sowie in Vertretung für weitere länderübergreifende Standorte.
• Überwachung und Anpassung der Lagerbestände nach Bedarf unter Nutzung des ERP-Systems und PowerBI.
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von festgelegten Qualitätsspezifikationen und Sicherheitsstandards.
• Analyse, Nachverfolgung und Reporting von einkaufsrelevanten Kennzahlen (z.B. Einsparungen).
• Zusammenarbeit mit den nationalen und internationalen Fachkollegen (Supply Chain, Category Management etc.) in der Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien sowie in der Erarbeitung von lokalen Einkaufssynergien.

ANFORDERUNGEN:

• Bachelor-Abschluss (oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) in Logistik, Wirtschaft, Supply Chain oder Einkauf.
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in in Logistik, Wirtschaft, Supply Chain oder Einkauf (oder vergleichbar).
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen; genaue, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick.
• Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Zeitmanagement, Planung und Prioritätensetzung.
• PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint.
