Description:

We are seeking a CS& Q Sr. Engineer - Customer Product Deployment to support major initiatives initiatives involving Strategic Customers in C& SP-one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding technology markets worldwide.

Your work will directly contribute to the deployment of products powering cloud infrastructure, hyperscale systems, AI and the backbone of modern digital services.

What You'll Lead
As the CPD CSQ Engineer, you own the end-to-end quality strategy for high-visibility deployments that are mission-critical to strategic global customers.
Be the Quality Voice for Strategic Global Customers
  • Represent quality for critical CPD programs supporting Structured Contracts division.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Tests and/or Customer Factory Witness Tests
Champion Quality Throughout the Entire CPD Process
  • Work closely with CPD Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure flawless execution of the CPD Quality Plan and readiness with manufacturing plants.
Lead Production Signoff & Compliance for Deployment
  • Validate all required deliverables before the Official Production Signoff Release.
  • Ensure deviations are properly documented, justified, and approved when applicable.
Equip Teams for Deployment Success
  • Confirm processes, tools, and documentation are in place to meet customer quality expectations.
  • Identify risks early and drive corrective actions to ensure deployment timelines and quality.

What You Bring
  • Strong experience in CPD, quality engineering, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Expertise with quality systems, validation, and product readiness
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Passion for driving excellence in complex technical projects


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced english
  • Proven experience in quality leadership within manufacturing or product introduction environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, process validation, and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability for quality deliverables.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of medium voltage electrical switchgear design and manufacturing requirements including NEMA, IEEE, UL, and ANSI requirements.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, or similar quality planning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Project management exposure or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
