We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused
Client Associate to join our NAM Client Team within the Sustainability Business. This role is highly interactive and client-facing, working directly with a Director to support a diverse portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, pragmatic, and open-minded, with a passion for energy management and sustainability. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in client engagement, project coordination, and commercial account support while building a strong foundation for future leadership roles.
What will you do: - Own and support existing client relationships, including revenue targets and overall customer satisfaction
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution
- Support client contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide direct client support and delivery coordination on complex accounts
- Participate in structured training programs and proactively build knowledge of the energy and sustainability industry

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or commercial operations
- Experience with contract renewals, client development, and identifying sales opportunities
- Strong client-facing and relationship management experience
- Openness to leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance client outcomes
- Advanced English proficiency and Portuguese desirable
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to USA (U.S. Visa required) and South America.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
