Your Job
Oversee all the hydrologic engineering activities and deliverables during varying stages of design and construction on multiple sites across the country simultaneously.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee all the hydrologic engineering activities and deliverables during varying stages of design and construction on multiple sites across the country simultaneously.
  • Participate in the post processing of the DTM together with the GIS team.
  • Perform the required hydrologic analysis using HEC -RAS.
  • Collaborate with our HSE team to ensure environmental compliance of the projects.
  • Provide RFI construction support to all solar projects in parallel and managing consultants.
  • Work with Procurement to generate equipment technical specifications and material requisitions to ensure equipment meets prime contracts requirements & engineering standards.
  • Participate in contractual exhibit reviews.
  • Coordinate post mapping deliverables with outside consultants for all projects for post installation.
  • Assist with developing procedures, processes and standards related to Structural Engineering.
  • Oversee engineering activities and deliverables during varying stages of design and construction on multiple sites across the country simultaneously.
  • Participate in discipline cross- checks.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor or higher degree in civil engineering or equivalent with professional registration (Cedula Profesional - SEP) in Mexico.
  • Specialization in hydrology.
  • 6 + years of experience designing for infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in HEC-RAS.
  • Experience in land development.
  • Proficiency in civil technical drawing & design.
  • Competent use of civil design software including AutoCAD, CADWorxs or similar, etc.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles for analysis and design.
  • Familiarized with international codes such as ASCE, AISC, ACI, etc.
  • Ability to travel to US during short periods (Valid passport and visa).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluent in English oral and written communication.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience participating in electrical power systems or solar projects.
  • HDD design review, including the use of cavity expansion model.
  • Proven experience of accomplishment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve construction and engineering issues.
  • PE Engineer registration (Canada or US).
