Working with our design teams.you will support our front line leaders in all aspects of HR.Your colleagues are a friendly, supportive and fun national community of Human Resource Business Partners, Leaders and Specialists.

Your mission in this role:
  • Enable and coach leaderstoward delivering the People Strategy;
  • Coach, support and develop leaders by building trusted business partnerships and relationships;
  • Be a digital disruptor - think differently and drive digitisation in people programs & systems;
  • Enable the HR strategic agenda including performance and talent management, recruitment and remuneration;
  • Strong Industrial relations experience and unrelenting commitment to safety
  • Support leaders in making inclusive decisions that improve diversity, equity & equality
  • Support the implementation of enterprise transformation and change management programs.


You also possess the following kudos:
  • Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic and commercial outcomes; it's important you can think outside of the HR speciality you work in to contribute to the growth of our business;
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations and Employee Bargaining Agreements
  • Knowledge of local Australian context, market and conditions of employment
  • The ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve organisational performance and make data-driven recommendations based on sound insight and analysis;
  • You're comfortable with managing change and know how to talk to people about it in real terms;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and build networks;
  • A passion for working with and coaching people to get the best outcomes.
