About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position where you'll:

• Own and drive the Air Freight P& L
• Lead, coach and develop managers, supervisors and specialists
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service outcomes
• Drive productivity, profitability and continuous improvement
• Build strong customer and supplier partnerships
• Lead operational excellence across import and export activities
• Play a key role in the growth of our specialised Data Centre Logistics sector

• Proven leadership experience within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain
• Strong commercial acumen with P& L ownership experience
