About the Role

As part of the Housekeeping Team, you will help us ensure our luxurious rooms, suites, public areas, guest amenities, staff village and facilities are always ‘fresh and welcoming.’ Your day to day will involve:

• Attending to guest requests
• Reporting any maintenance concerns
• Check out, service and deep cleaning of rooms in line with brand standards
• Attending to staff village rooms as required
• Assisting the wider Housekeeping Team as needed

Base rate $25.93 + penalties + loading

What we need from you

• Enthusiastic, professional team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service

• Confident in exceeding guest expectations through proactive and personalised service

• Previous experience in housekeeping

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues

• Committed to maintaining high safety standards and following operational procedures
