As Hotel Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational efficiency of all front office areas during your shift, ensuring that each guest's journey is memorable. Working closely with the Front Office & Duty Managers, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, focusing on Brand Standards, guest satisfaction, and effective problem handling. Welcoming guests upon arrival, you will engage with them meaningfully to ensure their needs are met, responding promptly and gracefully to feedback and complaints, building lasting relationships that enhance guest satisfaction.
As a dedicated people leader, you will conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are clearly communicated. You will supervise front office operations including maintenance of guest information, compilation of occupancy statistics, supervision of group bookings, and assistance with escalated complaints. Your cashiering responsibilities will include overseeing cash handling and banking procedures, dealing with irregular payments, instructing staff in credit policies and security procedures, and preparing reports.

We value self-motivated team players who are resilient, flexible, and adept at multitasking. Fluency in English and local language is mandatory, with additional languages preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective guest interactions. A solid knowledge of the local area to provide valuable recommendations to our guests is essential.
