We are currently seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Restaurants & Bars team.

Your Day to Day

• Deliver warm, attentive service across our restaurants and bars, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Provide confident menu and beverage recommendations, tailoring your approach to suit each guest and occasion.
• Support a range of service styles, from relaxed à la carte dining to refined, premium experiences.
• Ensure tables are presented to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail throughout service.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless, high-quality service.

This is a dynamic, guest-facing role offering variety across multiple venues, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

What We Need From You

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
• A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence (preferred).
• Full Australian working rights.
