About the Role:
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, where you'll oversee the daily operations of designated outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth interdepartmental coordination. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise F& B outlets during rostered shifts
• Ensure prompt and professional guest service
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across all areas
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
• Manage reservations, stock levels, and equipment care
• Monitor cashiering procedures and loss prevention controls
• Support payroll forecasting and budget targets
• Collaborate across departments and attend scheduled meetings
• Uphold hotel policies, OH& S guidelines, and security protocols
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in food & beverage operations or hospitality supervision
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of OH& S and hotel operational procedures
• Ability to manage stock, rosters, and revenue reporting
