About the Role:
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional, courteous, and personalized spa services. Your focus will be on exceeding expectations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and contributing to a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests from arrival to departure
• Deliver spa treatments efficiently and pleasantly, following established protocols
• Maintain punctuality and be ready to start shifts 10 minutes early
• Upsell and rebook guests by being knowledgeable about all spa services and retail products
• Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring all areas are clean and well-prepared
• Handle reception duties including reservations, cashiering, and guest inquiries
• Support guests with local knowledge and service-related concerns, escalating when needed
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents or maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain high standards of grooming and professional appearance
• Attend daily briefings and collaborate with other departments when required
• Keep all spa areas tidy, including treatment rooms, wet zones, and back-of-house space

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Certificate IV in Massage
• Previous experience in a resort or hotel spa environment
• Strong time management and ability to tailor treatments to individual guest needs
• Impeccable grooming and attention to detail
• Flexibility to assist across resort departments when needed
• Solid understanding of spa culture and wellness industry
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
• Confident in delivering both facial and body treatments
• Proven customer service skills and retail sales performance
