Key Responsibilities:
• Drive C& E and banquet revenue through proactive sales and lead conversion
• Manage enquiries, prepare proposals, and secure contracts
• Build strong client relationships and grow a consistent sales pipeline
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to win business
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events
• Actively convert MICE leads and identify new business opportunities

What You’ll Bring:
• Sales experience, ideally in hospitality or events
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded
• Experience with CRM systems (Ivvy preferred)
• Knowledge of C& E or MICE is a plus
