About the Role:
Anticipate and meet the needs and desires of the hotel’s guests, maintain the established standard of service, and adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel. This role requires delivering exceptional food and beverage service, supporting team operations, and upholding the hotel’s professional and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior levels of food and beverage service to hotel guests.
  
• Comply with all hotel standards, operational policies, and procedures.
  
• Produce and dispense food and beverage products in line with hotel requirements.
  
• Maintain stock levels in accordance with established par levels.
  
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties efficiently.
  
• Ensure the protection, care, and maintenance of all operating equipment.
  
• Support other departments or outlets as needed.
  
• Attend rostered training sessions and scheduled meetings.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong ability to anticipate and attend to guest needs with professionalism.
  
• Well-groomed appearance, in line with hotel grooming standards.
  
• Effective teamwork and ability to maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues.
  
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and products.
  
• Attention to detail and adherence to cashiering and operational policies.
  
• Commitment to workplace health and safety guidelines (WH& S).
  
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager.
