Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Reservations team to deliver seamless, high‑quality service across all booking channels.
• Manage room inventory, allocations, and booking accuracy to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Support pricing strategies, forecasting, and promotions in partnership with Revenue, Sales & Marketing, and Operations.
• Handle escalated guest enquiries professionally, ensuring a smooth journey from booking to check‑out.
• Track performance, analyse trends, and provide clear reporting on occupancy, revenue, and KPIs.
• Maintain and optimise reservation systems, processes, and team capability.

What You’ll Bring
• Strong reservations experience is essential - ideally at least one year as a Reservations Manager, or a solid background as a Senior Reservations Supervisor who is ready to step up.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to drive team performance and familiarity with systems like Opera or iVvy.
• Confident decision‑making, excellent communication, and a high level of customer focus.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, and deliver results.
• Resilience, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving and improvement.
• A mindset that reflects our values: empowerment, possibilities, and community.
