Key Responsibilities:
• Be an active presence across Front and Back of House to support leaders, motivate teams and deliver on‑the‑job training.
• Roll out Heart of House communications, visual materials and engagement initiatives.
• Support delivery of the hotel’s branded service culture and ESG activities.
• Maintain HR systems, records and compliance requirements
• Prepare mandatory monthly and annual HR reports
• Conduct VEVO checks and ensure all employees hold valid work rights
• Support recruitment, onboarding and contract preparation
• Administer training, performance management and engagement processes
• Maintain accurate personnel, training and compliance documentation
• Support leaders with HR systems, reporting and compliance actions
• Assist with employee relations matters and internal communications
• Coordinate recognition programs, engagement activities and events
• Support workers compensation, return to work and safety processes
• Contribute to Responsible Business, risk and regulatory training activities

What You’ll Bring:
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role
• Strong understanding of HR and employee relations practices
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
• Adaptability and initiative, with a proactive and solutions focused approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience
