Key Responsibilities
• Lead the hotel’s end to end marketing and communications strategy aligned to revenue and brand KPIs
• Execute the QT brand locally while elevating the hotel’s market position
• Drive digital, brand.com, PR, social and influencer strategies that deliver measurable results
• Partner closely with F& B, Sales and Operations to drive promotions and incremental revenue
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers and local stakeholders
• Manage media visits, events and hotel media assets
• Oversee CRM strategy and campaign delivery
• Track, analyse and report on marketing, digital and PR performance
• Lead and develop the marketing team within a large, structured hotel environment

What You’ll Bring
• Strong experience in marketing & communications (hospitality, lifestyle or tourism preferred)
• Proven experience in large, complex hotels or highly competitive markets
• Strong understanding of the Gold Coast leisure and tourism landscape
• Advanced digital capability (Google Analytics, CMS, CRM, paid digital & social)
• Strong commercial and revenue acumen
• Confident people leader with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm, mature and decisive under pressure
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
