The Role

To supervise the service of Hotel’s rooms in accordance with the established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing our Guests with the very best service in a clean healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort
• Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity
• Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH& S standards
• Assist other departments and step in for the Executive Housekeeper when required

What You'll Bring

• Previous housekeeping experience (often 1–3 years) in hotels, hospitals, resorts, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leading shifts or mentoring junior staff.
• Experience maintaining high cleanliness standards and working in fast‑paced environments.
