About the Role:
Join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Attendant and help create exceptional guest experiences through immaculate service and attention to detail. This role is key to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards within allocated time
• Replenish amenities and report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Uphold grooming and presentation standards
• Follow all housekeeping procedures and WH& S guidelines
• Communicate unusual or safety-related observations to supervisors
• Greet guests courteously and assist other dpartments when needed
• Attend training and departmental meetings

• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
