About the Role:

Join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Attendant and help create exceptional guest experiences through immaculate service and attention to detail. This role is key to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and staff supervision
• Create schedules, task sheets, and manage attendance/rostering
• Inspect rooms/public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
• Liaise with Reception on room status and guest needs
• Manage stock, supplies, and monthly inventories
• Recruit, train, and performance manage housekeeping staff
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with hotel policies
• Foster a positive team culture and guest-focused service
