Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver attentive, high quality service that anticipates guest needs
• Lead, train, and support F& B attendants and team leaders
• Maintain grooming, service, and operational standards
• Manage rosters, timesheets, and daily staffing
• Ensure stock levels, cleanliness, and WH& S compliance
• Prepare and serve beverages to hotel standards
• Follow all cashiering and financial procedures
• Protect and maintain equipment
• Complete opening/closing duties and assist other outlets as needed
• Overseeing operations of conference & events. From set up, running the day to day.

What You’ll Bring:
• Previous F& B supervisory or team leader experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
• Experience with rosters, POS, and cash handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest service
