About the Role
Food and Beverage Supervisor role supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while contributing to our broader goals of growing revenue above market, maximising assets, and driving business transformation. You will be part of a team that embraces empowerment, innovation, and community, creating meaningful connections with guests and supporting the continued success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain grooming and service standards at all times.
• Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service with strong product knowledge.
• Prepare and mix a range of drinks to hotel standards.
• Support, train, and supervise junior team members.
• Manage rosters, timesheets, and daily service operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Follow all WH& S, cashiering, and operational procedures.
• Complete opening/closing duties and assist other outlets when required.

Skills & Experience:
• Strong guest service focus and professional presentation.
• Solid food and beverage knowledge, including drink preparation.
• Experience supervising or training staff.
• Ability to manage rosters and maintain operational standards.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
