About the Role

We are seeking casual Food and Beverage Superstars for our outlets; Café, Bar & Dining (CBD), Soleil Pool Bar and Banquets business. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a friendly and welcoming personality, and flexibility in their availability.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high quality service appropriate for the luxury accommodation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking general waiting duties for food and beverages
• Supplying, dispensing and mixing liquor
• Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests
• Ensuring that customers are served in a professional and timely manner
• General cleanliness of the work area.

Skills & Experience

• The ability to handle pressure, multi task and get the job done
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation
• Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
