About the Role:

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance & Business Support Manager to partner closely with General Managers, Department Heads and Owners across our hotel portfolio. This role is central to driving financial performance, strengthening operational controls, and supporting strategic decision‑making. You’ll be the go‑to advisor for all things finance, providing insights, analysis and coaching to ensure each property operates efficiently and profitably

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers, Department Heads and Owners to provide commercial and financial support.
• Drive the use of dashboards and reporting tools across all departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and action planning.
• Maintain strong internal controls, compliance and financial policies.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting, including revenue, payroll and F& B cost analysis.
• Safeguard assets through effective cash, debtor and stock controls.
• Lead general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations and monthly/annual reporting.
• Manage credit, payroll compliance, purchasing and accounts payable processes.
• Coach and develop finance and business support team members.
• Promote a disciplined cost‑control culture and commercial mindset across all properties.

Skills & Experience

• Background in hotel finance or multi‑site operational finance.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
• Proven experience managing financial controls and compliance.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder‑management capability.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• High attention to detail and strong cost‑management discipline.
• Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools and Excel
