About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Conference & Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hotel team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on and loves spending their time on the floor
  
• Be customer obsessed and continually look for ways to add value to our customer experience and prioritizing our guests needs as this is our every day business goals
  
• To ensure the presentation of neat, clean and functionally operating departments, ensure any issues with maintenance and cleaning is actioned immediately
  
• Morning shifts 06: 00 starts to 13: 00/14: 00pm finish - rotate 7 days a week
  
• Able to work an evening event in Conferences
  
• Ensure proper training for all food and beverage team members so that services levels are consistent and professional
  
• 4 - 5 shifts per week (Must be available to work weekends).
  
• Able to work alone and in apart of a team
  
• Enjoy working a flexible roster including shift work, weekends, and public holidays
  
• Taking breakfast orders & running the day to day conference & events
  
• Immaculate presentation of yourself and your work area
  
• Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
  
• Ensure that all areas are stocked to appropriate par levels
  
• Have a full knowledge of, and practice all of the established Hotel occupational health and safety guidelines (OH& S)
  
• Ensure all cashiering policies and procedures are followed

Skills & Experience:

• Barista Coffee Trained
  
• Hold a current RSA license
  
• Sound knowledge and experience with POS system. Infrasys preferred or other Point of Sale Systems however training will be made available
