Australian Country Choice (ACC) is one of Australia’s largest family-owned, vertically integrated beef supply chain companies, spanning primary processing, further processing, feedlots, livestock, rural production, and cold storage based in Brisbane, Cannon Hill.
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Health, Safety & Injury Manager to lead in this senior, influential role that plays a critical part in protecting our people, strengthening our safety culture, and delivering sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Workplace Health, Safety & Injury Manager is responsible for developing, promoting, and managing strategies that support employee health and wellbeing, site safety, and injury management for the Cannon Hill site.
This role has a strong focus on prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation, and return-to-work outcomes, while ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, workers’ compensation requirements, and ACC policies. You will lead a team of WHS and injury management professionals and work closely with senior leaders to embed a consistent, high-performing safety culture across multiple operational environments.
