We are seeking a qualified and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at a large-scale food processing facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting worker health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities for the role:

  • Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings.
  • Provide soft tissue release therapy and musculoskeletal care.
  • Manage and support Workcover injury claims in collaboration with our WHS and HR teams.
  • Develop and deliver tailored rehabilitation programs to ensure safe and sustainable return to work.
  • Engage with employees and leaders to build a proactive health and injury-prevention culture.
  • Health promotion initiatives (stretch programs, toolbox talks, fatigue management).
  • Ergonomic assessments of workstations and tasks.
  • Injury data analysis and reporting to drive prevention strategies

About You

  • Degree qualified and AHPRA registered Physiotherapist.
  • Strong interest in occupational health, injury management, and workplace rehabilitation.
  • Previous experience in Workcover case management or occupational physiotherapy preferred.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
