Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the Australian meat industry, supporting key HR functions and making a valuable impact across the business. 4: 00 a.m. shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks
  • Assist with onboarding, inductions, and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate training sessions, document control, and compliance records
  • Support recruitment processes (advertising, screening, reference checks)
  • Manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, and forms
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, contributing individual responsibilities toward shared goals
