We are seeking an Export Documents Coordinator to join our Commercial team at Cannon Hill. This role is critical to ensuring export documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed end-to-end to meet customer and importing country requirements, while protecting ACC’s market access and reputation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Export Documentation Supervisor, the Export Documents Coordinator is responsible for managing the export documentation process from start to finish. You will liaise closely with customers, internal teams, and external providers to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time for domestic and international shipments.

  • Coordinate documentation requirements with customers, internal teams, and external providers
  • Ensure compliance with importing country requirements and ACC standards
  • Maintain accurate records to support quality assurance, audits, and accreditation
  • Identify and escalate documentation risks that may impact market access, financial, or reputational outcomes
  • Support customer, supplier, and accreditation audits as required
  • Contribute to a strong safety, animal welfare, and environmental compliance culture
  • Build positive working relationships across Sales, Shipping, and the broader business

About You

  • Strong aptitude in Excel and Microsoft Office (essential)
  • Experience in export shipping, documentation, or compliance roles (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to red meat or regulated export environments (advantageous)
  • High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and aligned with ACC values
  • Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop expertise in export operations

Why Join Australian Country Choice?

  • Join a respected Australian agribusiness leader
  • Work in a critical export compliance role supporting global markets
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive Commercial team
  • Values-driven, safety-focused workplace with long-term career opportunities
