We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Analyst – Agribusiness to support our properties, farming, feedlots and livestock operations through high-quality financial and operational analysis.

This is a key role within a growing agribusiness, offering the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders and influence performance during a period of significant change.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational performance
• Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel) to track KPIs
• Present insights to Operations Managers and General Managers
• Prepare quarterly performance reports and presentations
• Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
• Partner with finance to interpret and analyse financial results
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across operations

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or commercial finance
• Strong Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools) skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Experience in agribusiness, livestock, or meat industry
• Exposure to Tableau or Pronto
• CA / CPA / CFA (or working towards)
