Job Summary:
The Temporary Sourcer is responsible for the front-end candidate pipeline creation and candidate qualification screening. This role is primarily responsible for sourcing and prescreening, candidates to be interviewed and considered for TEKsystems customer requisitions by TEKsystems recruiters.
Responsibilities Fonctions essentielles:
- Sélectionner les candidats par diverses méthodes, notamment, mais sans se limiter à, la base de données de TEKsystems, aux plateformes de médias sociaux, aux sites d’emploi, aux bases de données de CV, etc.
• Mener le processus d’accueil, documenter tous les points de contacts, les mises à jour pertinentes et les statuts des candidats.
• Identifier les candidats selon les compétences/marchés/situations géographiques.
• Créer les profils des candidats dans le système de candidatures (Connected).
• Les objectifs quotidiens seront consacrés à contacter les candidats (par téléphone et courriel) afin de comprendre leurs compétences, objectifs et intérêts pour identifier les demandeurs d’emploi passifs et actifs.
• Connecter les candidats qualifiés au coordonnateur du recrutement selon les exigences pertinentes (transférer le candidat au processus initial de sélection) - • Produire les références par le réseautage.
Rémunération: 21 $/hr + $1.20/hr bilingual premium
Ce poste sera occupé 5 jours sur place, dans nos bureaux du centre-ville de Montréal.
Essential Functions:
- Generate candidates through various sourcing methods, including but not limited to TEKsystems’ database, social media platforms, job boards, resume databases, etc.
- Drive introduction process – document all touch points and relevant updates to candidate status
- Identification of candidates specific to skill sets / markets / geography.
- Creating candidate profiles in applicant tracking system (Connected).
- Daily goals focused on contacting candidates (via phone and email) in order to understand candidates’ skills, goals, and interests in order to identify active and passive job seekers.
- Connect qualified candidates with Recruiting Coordinator based on relevant requirement (candidate hand off initial screening process).
- Generate referrals through networking.
Compensation: $21/hr + $1.20/hr bilingual premium
This role will be 5 days on site, in our Montreal, downtown office.
Qualifications Exigences en formation et expérience:
- Être bilingue (français/anglais); lire, écrire, rédiger et parler confortablement et couramment les deux langues.
- Posséder un diplôme d’enseignement secondaire.
- Avoir 2 ans d’expérience du service à la clientèle professionnel.
- Posséder de très bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Être autonome.
- Avoir le souci du détail et accomplir plusieurs tâches.
- Avoir le sens des affaires.
- Posséder les compétences en informatique donc, la suite MS Office.
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
- Bilingual (French/English) required; comfortable and fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of professional customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated
- Detailed orientated and ability to multi-task
- Business acumen
- Computer skills, including MS Office suite.
