Faire appliquer le protocole de maintenance haute tension d’Alcoa et le maintenir;
Assurer la gestion du contrat électrique d’Hydro-Québec;
Coordonner l’opération et l’entretien des sous-station électrique;
Gérer les projets d’amélioration;
Assurer une gestion des actifs et contribuer à l’élaboration des plans d’investissements
Intervenir auprès des clients internes, notamment au secteur électrolyse dans la gestion électrique des cuves;
Assurer le respect des calendriers d’entretien tout en répondant aux besoins ponctuels de la production;
Sensibiliser les employés aux bonnes pratiques en santé et sécurité et s’assurer du respect des règlements;
Apporter des solutions de réduction de coûts et d’augmentions d’efficacité des processus en place et collaborer à la mise en place des processus de fiabilité;
Collaborer à la préparation de la planification hebdomadaire et du calendrier annuel d’entretien, à la préparation du budget annuel et au suivi hebdomadaire des coûts et des différents indicateurs du département.
Être empreint d’une profonde culture santé-sécurité;
Détenir une expérience en suivi de projet constitue un atout;
Bonne habileté de communication;
Autonomie et débrouillardise;
Courage et détermination;
Bilinguisme constitue un atout.
