We are searching for the best talent for Cap Build & Rel Co-Op to be in Guaynabo or Gurabo, PR.
The Digital Operations and Technical Services (DOTS) Operational Excellence team drives excellence in execution, promote responsiveness to our patients, capability building to our employees and led continuous improvement & competitiveness initiatives across the organization. The team leads large-scale operational improvement initiatives, develops, and implements strategies that drive process improvement and cost competitiveness, and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization The OPex (Operational Excellence) team is also responsible for cultural foundation, drive CI (Continuous Improvement) align business priorities and monitor results.
The CB& R Coop will implement projects using continuous improvement methodologies to enhance the reliability of our operations and ensure that employees are trained effectively. The Co-Op will assess the capability needs of the organization, support and build training programs, and design and implement strategies to improve the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our workforce to meet current and future organizational needs. The Co-Op will analyze reliability drivers and collaborate with a multi-functional team to drive data-driven action to enable reliability improvements.
