CooperVision, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Juana Diaz, PR. This is a full-time position.
In the role the successful candidate maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This role is accountable for analyzing, planning, organizing, supervising, and supporting the Talent Acquisition, Systems & Benefits, Payroll and Wellness Programs, and other specific related activities to ensure that Human Resources services are provided and maintain in compliance, meets the needs of company's business, and supports CooperVision strategic plan.
The HR Manager role for Puerto Rico Packaging Operations oversees the Talent Acquisition, Systems & Benefits, Payroll, and Wellness programs and activities to ensure that HR services are provided which meets the needs of business and supports CooperVision strategic plan. This role will transition from Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico to our new plant in Ponce, Puerto Rico as part of continued expansion strategies.
