Schneider Electric is hiring a Refrigeration Offer Manager in Padova, PD. This is a full-time position.
As a Refrigeration Marketing Offer Manager, you drive the positioning, lifecycle management, and commercial success of Eliwell's refrigeration portfolio. You translate customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into clear value propositions, go-to-market plans, and commercial enablement actions. You work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure the offer is relevant, differentiated, and effectively deployed in the market. The role supports Eliwell's refrigeration solutions across applications such as refrigerated cabinets, supermarket counters, cold rooms, condensing units, compressor racks, and connected monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned refrigeration offer portfolio across the full lifecycle, from market assessment and positioning to launch, evolution, and phase-out.
- Define and maintain clear value propositions, offer positioning, and segment focus for the refrigeration range.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and portfolio priorities.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for offer development, differentiation, and commercial focus.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new offers, portfolio updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on launch priorities, customer messaging, and portfolio evolution.
- Monitor offer performance and use data-driven insights to refine positioning, enablement, and portfolio actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of offer management, launch processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in product marketing, offer management, product management, or segment marketing, ideally in refrigeration, HVAC/R, controls, electronics, or industrial technology.
- Experience translating technical product features into customer-focused value propositions and commercial messaging.
- Familiarity with portfolio lifecycle management, product launches, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight application.
- Experience working in an international and matrix organization is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Italian, with the ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
