Woodloch Spa Resort LP is hiring a Gatehouse Attendant (Second Shift) in Hawley, PA. This is a full-time position.

We've created a place where we can work hard, be creative and have our voices heard. ***Must be available Friday and Saturday Evenings, 2: 30pm - 9: 00pm GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB The Gatehouse Attendant serves as the first point of contact for all guests, staff, vendors, and service providers entering the property. This role ensures a welcoming, professional, and secure arrival experience while maintaining accurate records, directing traffic and vendors appropriately, handling packages efficiently, and communicating effectively with multiple departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Regular and timely attendance for scheduled shifts. · Greets guests, staff, and vendors warmly and professionally · Maintains high standards of guest hospitality. · Maintains accurate entry and delivery logs · Keeps hotel drive and fire lanes free from vehicles. · Directs vendors and service providers appropriately · Communicates with multiple departments · Handles packages and deliveries efficiently · Maintains cleanliness and organization of the gatehouse · Monitors access points for safety and security · Is knowledgeable of fire and emergency plans and acts accordingly. · Responds to guest inquiries and concerns · Promptly reports all incidents of damage or loss of guest or hotel property to a manager. · Maintains professional appearance and confidentiality · Represents TLAW in highest regard by always being courteous and concerned with guests' needs. · Attend staff meetings. · Performs all reasonable job requests assigned by management.
