Maintain an orderly, organized hotel entrance in accordance with hotel and departmental standard operating procedures emphasizing guest hospitality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Anticipates guest needsProvides prompt and courteous service to each guestMaintains open communication with management and co-workersInforms Management of guest concerns, safety concerns and maintenance issuesAssists co-workers at all times, continuously providing teamworkPerforms functions which require organization, speed, standing, bending, reaching, turning, lifting itemsPerforms all job specific dutiesMaintains and clean and neat work area EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Must have one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid drivers license with no infractions within the last year. Able to drive automatic and standard transmission cars.
