WOODLOCH PINES INC is hiring a Water Aerobics Instructor in Hawley, PA. This is a full-time position.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Water Aerobics Instructors are passionate leaders that teach our state-of-the-art group classes and help to significantly contribute to each members health and fitness goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain Woodloch Standard of Hospitality, cleanliness and quality Enthusiastic and professional individual with excellent teaching, communication and customer service skills.Have a nationally recognized group fitness certification and are CPR certified.Confident developing and implementing class instruction that is in compliance with class format and our overall company guidelines.Comfortable observing students during class and giving instruction on proper form and technique. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associates degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant experience. At least 1 year of experience in instruction in Aquatics programs. Great member relation and staff relation skills. Must be aware of trends in the aquatic field and must continue to enhance his/her knowledge in water aerobics field.
