What to Expect
Schedule: 3: 00pm - 11: 00pm, working every other weekend + On-Call Rotation every 5 weeks.

- Receive, prepare, and process hospital blood orders. Ship routing, ASAP and STAT orders of blood and blood products, conducting a visual inspection of each product prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy.
- Communicate with customers regarding order fulfilment, turnaround times, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate hospital service records for transactions and process fees.
- Monitor all storage requirements, service equipment and vehicle work areas.
- Data entry and blood inventory management
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid in-state driver's license is required, may be required to deliver blood product if needed, but not a main responsibility or frequent.
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Prior healthcare industry experience preferred
- Able to lift 40lbs
