TrueCommerce is seeking an experienced Connection Analyst. The Connection Analyst will use analytical, technical, creative, and interpersonal skills to support TrueCommerce’s implementation lifecycle.

This role is a hybrid (if near Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA) otherwise, will be a remote opportunity in the US.

As a Connection Analyst you will:

  • Establish Trading Partners
    • Ensure the Trading Partner has a single EDI point of contact for all inquiries
    • Establish and test connectivity between the Trading Partners and Customers
    • Gather, maintain, and publish mapping specifications for departmental consumption
    • Ensure mapping is being completed in accordance with the departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain accurate Trading Partner test instructions
    • Align TrueCommerce with the Trading Partners as a preferred EDI provider for their vendors
  • Technology Management
    • Establish oneself as a subject matter expert status by mastering all variations of connectivity (FTP, AS2, VAN)
    • Troubleshoot and resolve all production communication errors in accordance with departmental SLAs
    • Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Recognize extraneous connectivity hops and coordinate to simplify and reduce cost

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Business REQUIRED with 4+ years experience in a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Preferred with 2+ years experience in a related role
  • 4+ years with X-12 and XML
  • 4+ years with FTP and AS2
  • 4+ years client services, business to business, computer support/service, experience is preferred.
