Supplemental Healthcare is hiring Paraprofessionals to join our team and work alongside teachers to help students with special needs succeed - academically, socially, and emotionally.

Every day, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued.

$22 - $24 an hour

Qualifications: (must have one of the following)

-Child Development Associate (CDA) credential

-Have completed at least 2 years of postsecondary study

-Completed an associate degree or higher

Or

-Completed the PA Entry Level Credential of Competency

-Must have at least 1 year of experience in special education within the last 3 years

What you'll be doing:

-Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups with classwork, communication, and daily routines

-Helping implement behavior plans and IEP goals with care and consistency

-Assisting students with special needs who may require help with mobility, personal care, or emotional regulation

-Creating a positive learning environment where all students can thrive

-Teaming up with teachers, therapists, and staff to make school a great place to be

-Celebrating small victories every single day

-Willingness to assist with physical or behavioral needs as required
