School Hours | Monday - Friday | Pay: $19 - $22 an hour

Supplemental Healthcare is hiring Paraprofessionals to join our team and work alongside teachers at partnering school districts to help students with special needs succeed -academically, socially, and emotionally.

Every day, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued.

Qualifications: (must have one of the following)

-Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

-Minimum of 6 months experience working with children

-Prior experience working with children with special needs, physical/mental disabilities, or behavior management

-Proficient in the use of standard computer applications

-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

-The ability to work collaboratively with existing staff

What you'll be doing:

-Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups with classwork, communication, and daily routines

-Helping implement behavior plans and IEP goals with care and consistency

-Assisting students with special needs who may require help with mobility, personal care, or emotional regulation

-Creating a positive learning environment where all students can thrive

-Teaming up with teachers, therapists, and staff to make school a great place to be

-Celebrating small victories every single day

-Willingness to assist with physical or behavioral needs as required
