Great people make Schneider Electric a great company.The Order Processing Supervisor is responsible to define and update the supply/ stock management of specific components including raw material, machined parts, and a variety of other commodities to insure material availability for both internal and external customers.What do you get to do in this position?- Validate and maintain leadtime, MRP, open order status/ on time delivery and quality.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in term of service (OTDC, BOL, NOR, AC2
- Drive overall insight and management of movement of material through the 3PL and site to ensure proper material availability and CAMA saturation for the DC
- Support DC through collaboration with other SIOP Leaders within the region to drive proper inventory levels
- Review MRP to ensure material availability and future forecasted supply, without leading to excess or unhealthy inventory levels.
- Participate in daily production meetings, updating the team on delivery and/or quality issues
- Maintain a close relationship to the supplier base to secure delivery, quality and productivity service levels
- First escalation level for supplier crisis management
- Expedite materials and follow up with transportation and import processes if needed
- To understand logistics, customs compliance requirements (SPOC of export control, etc.), priorities and expectations per customer segment
- Ensure information flow: Lead times, delays, availability stock, blockage at SO / Material level, any other request in logistics - ensure and respect SLA (Supplier Logistic Agreement)
- Manage customer issue escalation in collaboration with other departments (suppliers/plants) to minimize customer impact
- Proactively communicate to Front Offices in case of any foreseen delivery performance issues (provide visibility about main performance KPIs )
- Constantly seek for performance and logistics solution improvements to increase customer satisfaction and team efficiency
- Actively promote customer centricity, empower and coach a customer focused team.
- Animation of SIM rules and cycles event of the department & site
- Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being
- For Adaptation center:
- Monitor local adaptation performance as a special care unit (separate reporting for adaptation sector)
Is in charge of MPP (Master Production Plan) animation
