How You Will Make an Impact

A Project Manager Intern at Reading Truck works under the direction of the Program and Product Management department, assisting with various program management tasks and gaining knowledge of initial system release.

What you will do:

• Assist with ALPHA launch
• Engineering support, including product standardization, CAD & BOM's
• Manufacturing support, including process validation and time studies
• Other duties as required

Program Requirements:

• Be a full-time student in a 4-year college program in aligned Major: Mechanical Engineering
• Junior year completed- preferred
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
• Excellent communication skills
• SolidWorks
• CAD
• Adhere to all company policies
• Attend orientation and check-in meetings
• Final presentation - prepare and present to company management

Work Environment

• Professional office environment and work on a manufacturing floor
• Sedentary work with extended periods of computer use
• Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) - if required
